File access problems

I get this message "Cannot delete(or open or move)yahoo.
Access is denied. Make sure disk is not full or write
protected and that the file is not in use"

This is an empty sub-folder in my C:\Programs Folder.
This has happened with other programs when I attempted to
delete them. When this happens it restricts re-installing
of the program. Any help I can get would be greatly
appreciated.

Hi, these should not happen when you're logged on as an administrator.
