file access history

I want to determine other times a file has been access
aside from the previous time. Is there an event viewer,
or regedit I can use to find previous times a file was
accessed?

You can use the auditing features of NTFS if you have
set this up ahead-of-time so that the events have already
been logged when the accesses happened (just filter on
them in the security log). Not sure if you have access to
the tools needed for this if you are running Home edition.
