I looked for a standard field which might be called "company activity"
meaning what business is the company involved. Strange that this is
missing.

Before I make a custom field perhaps someone would confirm?

What program are you talking about? If Outlook, what version?

Millie,

Well I did post in the Outlook newsgroup!! It is MS Outlook 2003.

You would be surprised at the number of non-Outlook related questions we get
here, and I don't mean just the Outlook Express questions.

Thanks for the version - now, in what folder do you want to make this custom
field? Have you looked at the choices in Field Chooser?

Milly,

I looked at the field chooser and did not see any reference to an
Outlook field for a Company "activity". From your answer I guess this
has not been included but that I will have no problem in adding such a
field?

regards,

Beemer

See if you can add it using the Design a Form option. There are many
customizable options there that do not appear in the normal Outlook options.
