Field length in forms

I'm building a form with a wizard. When I enter design mode and try to change
the length of one field, all the field's lengths change as one block. If I
add a field outside the wizard, I can change the field length for each field
separate of the others. How do I turn off the option to change all the fields
lengths as a block when using a wizard to build a form?

Just be sure you're selecting one individual control (it should have black
"handles" on the four corners) rather than selecting all of the controls. You
may need to mouseclick in the background of the form or press the <Esc> key to
unselect the multiple controls.

The form is Access 2007. Only one field is selected. All fields move as a
block when built with the wizard. My work around is deleting the fields and
adding them back in one by one. It's not very efficient.

Based on your description of the behavior, I'd guess that the controls have
been "grouped". Have you checked on this?
