field containing specific word

Hiya

I am having trouble using conditional formatting on my report. I would like
to colour my field red if the word PV is found in the field and green if CF
is found in the field. The field contains many other words - I cannot find
the option of contain, I have tried =*PV* but this didn't work either.

Do you have any suggestions please?
