Fiel sharing (p2p)

I notice that anytime I use any type of file sharing I am not able to browse
the internet until I reboot the PC. Has anyone else run into this? Is it a
security feature that needs to be disabled? Thanks!
 
We may be able to help if you could provide more detail of the problem.
Start with what OS are you using? XP, Vista, ME, etc.
