Feedback not emailing...

I own http://www.goldvinegrill.com. when you click "Submit Feedback" on
http://www.goldvinegrill.com/feedback.htm, you get an error msg. I do however
get the email. The error msg. says to cantact the webmaster? Thank you!

Austin: Based on the description of the error message you
provided in your question, I would suggest that you
contact the webmaster (ie, your host). Good luck to you
in this new adventure called web design!

I just did a test submit as well and got the default confirmation page.

You do have some extra file fluff "../" in your file results path. This
could produce an error.
