Feedback form doesn't work ?

Hi, I am getting this error from our feedback form once it's submitted.

FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.


Webmaster: please see the server's application event log for more details



Any help or advice, as always appreciated.

You need to see the server's application log, if this is on a remote server,
then the host must look at this.

The error message is telling you to contact your web
service provider (the folks hosting your website for you).

For Front Page Forms to work, the web service provider
must have working Front Page Extensions installed for
you, you need to publish your site using the http method
(FTPing will break the Front Page Extensions), email
transport needs to be enabled by your provider.

Johnny,

Although this could indeed be an extension problem,
requiring a reinstall, I see it frequently as a result of
form properties settings. Improper file path destinations
and confirmation URLs are often the culprit.

As always, a URL would be helpful.
