Feedback and Ratings on a Page

Hi
I would like to add a feedback section to my recipe site so people can leave
comments and ratings for all the recipes contained there. I haven't the
faintest clue
how to do this. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hi Julie....

A simple form will do what you want.
Set the form to email you the results when they click the submit button.
Have a one line text box for their name, a one line text box for their email
address, and a multi line text box for their comments.
FrontPage makes it fairly easy and you should be able to find lots of
learning help around.
