Feature Quest: Move Wheel Support

Please... Let Me Use The Scroll Wheel on my Microsoft
Mouse inside my Microsoft AntiSpyware software.

Please - it would make things so easy and I think that
all of us using this tool would agree

Also noticed here that when hitting plus symbol the window
below it would drop the scroll bar to the bottom of the
list.
