Feature List of PPT 2007?

Hi,

I searched the webpages but didnt find a feature list of PPT 2007.
Maybe its to early for that?

I would like to know:

Can I insert parameters in Links to start other programms?

Can I use the presention mode but not in Full-Screen Mode?

I would like to use these links in a normal window to start other
programms without having to switch in and out of Full-Screen mode.

Yes. And your questions concern fairly technical details, stuff that the
marketing people who write the web sites wouldn't consider important enough to
include.

As Michael's mentioned, you can download and try it out for yourself if you
like, but unless you have a spare computer to play with, I wouldn't recommend
that. Neither does Microsoft.

Can I insert parameters in Links to start other programms?

It appears not. A link to c:\windows\notepad.exe works (after at least two
warnings). A link to c:\windows\notepad.exe c:\temp\junk.txt does not.

I would like to use these links in a normal window to start other
programms without having to switch in and out of Full-Screen mode.

You can rightclick on a hyperlinked shape (the same as above) and choose Open
Hyperlink. After the requisite blahblah about security, it opens notepad. The
same link doesn't enable the Open Hyperlink item in 2003. Progress. ;-)

1) Links to run other programs are possible in the same way that they were
in previous versions of PowerPoint (by specifying the Action Settings for
an object or text selection).

2) If, by presentation mode, you mean Slide Show mode, you can do this the
same way you can in previous versions of PowerPoint, by using the Slide
Show Settings to specify a slide show that is "browsed by an individual
(window)" instead of the default "Presented by a speaker (full screen)"
