fdisk

I have an old pentium II PC running windows 2000. I am
trying to wipe the hard drive clean so I can donate it to
a local school. However, I cannot create a boot disk with
the fdisk exe. I have tried in 2000 and XP. I have also
tried the sys c: command which also fails.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks

Terry:

Try going to Bootdisk.com. They have downloads that
include the fdisk software.

After deleting a partition, did you reboot? Then create a
partition, set it active, then do the sys c: command.
Hows that?
