Why do I need to execute fbreseal command when I deploy Image on several
machines?

Hi Gianluca,

The clone device picks up where the master device has left off after the
reseal phase. During the cloning phase, the computer SID from the master
device is replaced with a unique computer SID everywhere the SID occurs. This
makes each clone unique where it is required but identical to the master
everywhere else.

If your system is going to be attached to a network, you want each system
shipped to have a unique Security ID (SID). The system cloning tool helps
to
roll back the image so it can be cloned. Each clone when booted the first
time will generate a new SID.

If every system has the same SID, a hacker could attack multiple PCs. If
you
don't care about this, then the system cloning tool is not needed.
