fbreseal reseting firewall enable flag

I just noticed that after I reseal my image, the firewall enable flag goes
away. Is this the intended behavior? This seems like a bug to me.

Dear Jeff,

What command do you execute?

fbreseal?

Try "fbreseal -keepuser" or "fbreseal -keepall"
