fbreseal doesn't delete itself

fbreseal.exe doesn't delete itself after the first time I ran it on my XPE
system. However, it delete itself after the second time I ran it. I tried it
a couple of times. This behavior is very consistent. Anyone knows why?

There are some past NG posts that explains why it deletes itself. Something
to do with corrupting the image with too many reseals.
