FBI software

When I was checking my computer info I saw that there was
preinstalled software listed as 'FBI Installation Tool
Box'. What exactly is this?

This is a pre-install tool from HP. It stands for "File Based Installation"
and it has nothing to do with the FBI. It is suppose to delete itself after
installation and left a log file only.
