Faxing and DHL

I have DHL - can the fax feature still work? Whenever I try to send a fax, I keep getting an error message stating "No Dial Tone." I'd like to send faxes via my computer if possible.
 
Fax uses analog phone lines. Hook up a phone line to your analog fax modem.
