Where do I get the CSID number from in oder to use the XP
fax service?

This is something that you provide. Here is the relevant snippet from the
help file.

Called Subscriber Identification (CSID). The CSID is a text string that
identifies you as a fax recipient. It is transmitted to a fax sender when
you receive a fax, and it might appear in the display of the sender's fax
machine. The CSID usually consists of the recipient's fax number and
business name, and is limited to 20 characters. Your CSID and TSID can be
the same.
