Fax Wizard

When attempting to send a document via fax, Fax Wizard
includes a seven-digit number ahead of the number to which
I wish to the fax to be sent, e.g.,
2137700 +13148781321
This does not work. The first number is dialed, a beep
repsonds, them all is quiet and the fax status
registers "idle". Nothing ever happens after that.

How can I get the Fax Wisard to not dial the leading seven-
digit number?

That may be because some dialing rules are being applied. Make sure you do
not apply dialing rules - there is a checkbox in the fax send wizard
indicating whether to apply dialing rules or not.

Please also check the Country to which the fax is being
sent. The Country codes are usually added by the Fax
RULES.
