Fax Cover Sheet

Can you create a fax cover sheet for an individual
contact automaticaly? It would seem that a function
should exist for this process similar to creating a
letter.

You can, but it is not a function of the fax software. You can create a
merge document that would serve as a template for cover sheet for faxing.
Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as Form Letters,
mailing labels, envelopes. For an overview of these functions take a look
