Fax always pending, never sent

Hi all,

Sometimes I can send fax, but many times, they end up in
a pending status and are never sent. I don't think I am
doing anything different and I cannot figure out why it
works sometimes and why it doesn't the vast majority of
them. Any clues? Thanks!

PS: Even if I pause and restart, the fax stays pending.

What is the "extended status" saying for that fax message in the Fax Console
Outbox? If this field is not readily seen, go to add/remove columns and add
"extended status" column.

When you are sending faxes, do you always select "Send Now" or you use some
later time to send the fax? Also note that if you are sending multiple faxes
with one modem/phone line, only one fax will be serviced.
