Fax always pending, never sent

My fax was to be sent immediately on high priority but it just sets in the "pending" status

how can I force a "send now" action in the fax console ?
 
Is fax option enabled in "windows components",also may need to be added
in xp firewall/exceptions...

it seems the firewall was all a mess and I had to reset it ...

I was then able to send a test fax
