What OS? IN XP, open Internet Explorer, Open the "file" menu, choose
import\export. Starts the wizard to import\export your favorites list. You
can save them to a disk there. In WinME and such, there was actually
"Favorites" folder in the Windows directory on the hard disk you could copy
I think.
