favourites folder can't see messaages and unread folder missing

Hi can you help please my favourites folder is showing 116 messages in green
but when i go to favourites folder it appears empty and it show message on
the blue bar filter applied any suggestions.

I had put unread folder into favourites and it has gone completely even from
folder list where it used to be under follow up and large how can i get it
back again please

Green means total messages in the folder.. .the filter message means a
filter was applied. Either click on the row of field names and choose
customize - then Reset the view, or apply a different view.
