favourite folders

Whenever I connect to the internet by a different source ( like when
travelling) and open my Outlook, I lose all of my existing favourite
folders. Is there any way to keep them in place?

they are disappearing because the profile is getting corrupt. Are you making
changes to your profile when you change the connection method? You can
backup the xml file and restore it, otherwise no.
