favorites now show all not recently used

I recently switched for cox to comcast high speed service.
Now all my favorites show up in the list. Before the
switch only the most recent used would display. Is there a
way to fix this?

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced and make sure Enable Personalized
Favorites Menu is checked.
It can take a few days for it to kick in.
