Favorite's Folder on OL Toolbar?

Is there a way to drag my web favorites folder onto my Outlook 2003 toolbar,
as I prefer to use Outlook as my web browser, seeing I spend most of my
work day in Outlook?

You can add the menu item when you use View-> Toolbars-> Customize...-> tab
Commands...-> Menu Bar-> Favorites
