Favorites Expanded

When I click on my Favorites only the last 10 used show up, I have to click
the arrows below to expand the full list. The full list doesn't reach the
bottom of the screen. How do I change it so the full list always appears?

In Internet explorer goto Tools>>Internet Opitions>>Advanced Tab>>Under
"Broswsing uncheck "Unable Personalized Menus"
