Favorites Dropdown segmented

I hope I can describe this correctly. When I click on the Favorites menu
option, the whole list is not shown. Rather, two or three folders are shown
and then an arrow. To get the rest of the list, I have to click the arrow.
Is there a way to eliminate the arrows?
 
IE-Tools-Internet Options-Advanced
The option is "Enable Personalized Favorites Menu"
