Favorites don't respond

My Website "Favorites" Stopped responding. The "panel" shows up, including
all the complete stored list of my favorites, but when clicking on any title
of a favorites, it does not respond, it does not come up.

Have you checked to see whether Work Offline has been selected? File, Work
Offline.

Thanks Gerry for the reply. Yes, I checked and founded selected. I removed
the check mark, but it did not help. Could you pls. tell me what ells to do,
but please step by step

Please describe step by step what you are doing and
give the exact text of any error messages.

Do you get the problem with all favourites or just some?
Do you get the problem with other web sites accessed
whilst surfing?

Are you using Internet Explorer or another browser?
What Firewall are you using?
