Internet Explorer can do this for you File>>Exprt>>Favorites
or
goto C:\Documents and Settings\YOU\Favorites can copy this folder to another
location on your hard drive.

Favorites from Internet Explorer? Open an IE window. Click on File> Import
and Export. The Import/Export wizard appears and walks you through the
process of exporting the Favorites to a file. If you take the default
suggestions, they will be listed in a file named bookmark.htm and placed in
the current user's "My Documents" folder.

If you ever lose your Favorites or want to transfer them to another copy of
IE, use File> Import and Export. Choose the options to import favorites
from a file. Select the bookmark.htm file and finish up by following the
onscreen prompts.
