Favorites alphabetized

I have the favorites listed in the order I add them - all
over the place. How can I get them to be resequenced in
alphabetic order? Much easier when you have pretty long
list.

In the dropdown list (not the panel at the left), right-click any
Favorite or category. Click "sort by name". There are also registry
fixes that will automatically put your Favorites and Start Menu items
in alphabetical order. If you're using XP, one can be downloaded at

Right click your Favorites list in Internet Explorer and then click Sort By
Name.

I have just the opposite problem....as I add favorites they get
alphabetized. I don't want this! I want them where I put them. How does
one turn of "Auto-Alphabetize" or whatever is going on here? (Thanks...)
