Favorite shortcut on desktop doesn't work

I’m having trouble with getting a shortcut from a game site favorite to my
desktop to work right. Every time I double click it, instead of accessing the
site, it brings up my printer menu box.

When it was in favorites, it worked fine.

I contacted the game site asking for help and I got the following response
which I don’t understand how to do.

“Try associating HTML-documents with a browser, rather than the printer.“

How do I do this? Contacting their site gives me very little help.
