Favorite Folder

How to remove "Favorite Folder" window that appears at top-left corner in
O2003 ?
I just need Inbox and Sent Items, and those are already included in "All
Mail Folder" so there's no point for Favorite Folder for me, just taking
space...

Not possible but you can switch to the Folder List Navigation or Shortcuts
Navigation and build your own structure
