Favicon not showing up

Hi,

This is actually happening on Windows XP IE 7 but I couldn't find that
newsgroup. My question is, I've uploaded a "favicon.ico" file to my
web server root directory

http://www.collegedropout.com/favicon.ico

but the icon doesn't display when I visit the site

This is the first time we've uploaded a site icon. There was nothing
there previously. Also, I uploaded this icon last week. Does anyone
have any ideas why it is not displaying on PC IE?
