Faulting application msaccess.exe

After installing Microsoft Office 2003 Service Pack 1. I can no longer get
into the database. As soon as I start it, it crashes and leave the following
event information. This also goes for any Access Database that I use on the
machine. Has anyone seen anything like this before?


Event ID: 1000
Faulting application msaccess.exe, version 11.0.6566.0, stamp 42cdb33e,
faulting module msaccess.exe, version 11.0.6566.0, stamp 42cdb33e, debug? 0,
