Fault in dynamic link library

I have run into a problem lately where I am unable to run
cd's/games off of my D:\ drive.I have XP Professional. I
get the error:
Autoload.exe Entry point not found
The procedure entry pointGetCommandlineA could not be
loacatedin the dynamic link libaray Kernal32.dll

Obviously my liabrary is corrupted, is there any where
one can reload/download the dynamic link library?.

The first step is to have the CD in the drive, go to Start - Run and run
the line
SFC /SCANNOW
