Dynamic Link Library?

when opening windows xp, I get a diakog box which states the following:
The Ordinal 21 (sometimes it reads 129) could not be located in the
dynamic link Library MAPI32.dll

I have no idea what this means, it only lasts till I hit another keyy,
doesn not seem to affect any performance of the pc.

Any Idea what this could mean? how to remove it?

Seems to be related to itunes.
