Fatal error message

if anyone has any idea how to fix this problem please let
me know... I am continually getting a blue fatal eror
screen Here is the error that I recieve
Stop:000021a(fatal system error) the windows logon
processsystem process terminated unexpectedly with a
status of 0xc000005 0 the system shut down.....

When I recieve this erropr it shuts down the computer if
anyone knows what this might be please please email me.
I tryed some kind of patch and that wouldn't even
load.... Have searched the Microsoft sight and still not
found anything that I think is in relationship to my
error... Thanks so much

I'm not a Rocket Surgeon, but just as a thought, are you
virus and worm free? If not sure, please run a full system
virus scan and see what comes up. You may have an
infestation causing your problem.
