FAT32 to NTFS ???

Hi Folks ... running XP Pro SP2/Office Pro 2002 and tech guy chose FAT32 ...
aagh ...

Is there anyway I can convert to NTFS without having to format and reinstall?

Third party apps like Partion Magic will do the trick, but as always backup
your important data first just in case -)

You can safely convert your current hard drive to NTFS whenever
desired, without having to format the partition and reinstall
everything. As always when performing any serious changes, back up any
important data before proceeding, just in case. A little advance
preparation is also strongly recommended, so you can avoid any
performance hits caused by the default cluster size:

I've done this many times. As they say, it's a good idea to back up
important data first, just in case something goes wrong.
