FAT32 to NTFS

Hi all,

I am running windows 2000 on a FAT32 partition. I would like to convert it
to NTFS. How do I do this?

PS. It is an IBM Notebook. There are actually twon partitions but only one
is visible - I guess the other is used by IBM to do recovery etc.
