FAT32 to NFTS conversion

I have a small wireless home network, 1 laptop with
WindowsXP and 1 desktop with WindowsME. If I convert to
NFTS on the XP machine, will I still be able to access
files on the ME machine (and vice versa) through my
wireless network?
