FASTconv.exe needed... has anyone got this microsoft util?

i still am after this old util...
it was available for a short time but i have not been able to find it
anywhere...

i have a friends hard drive with about 20gigs of family photos sat all
wrapped up in one.


can anyone help?

from what I see you have to call MS to get this file. look at this link, it

many thanks for the pointers, i was aware of most but a few nuggets
closer and i may finally be able to find this util!

i have tried using it on my largets drive and it still did not work...
