Fast User Switching Problem

I have 3 user accounts. When I log off one and click on another, my PC
freezes. If I choose switch user it does not freeze. Any ideas on how to fix
this? I found some help online for similar problem but it was a fix for
windows media edition. not xp.

Start>Run and type in: services.msc>OK
Find out Terminal Services and be sure that the Terminal Services has
Started.
