Fast User Switching gone AWOL. need help plz

When I frist got XP Home ed, Fast User Switching worked
fine; now when i try to activate it i get a messaging
saying "...a recently installed program has made the
F.U.S. feature unavailable. The file "CSGina.dll" could b
causing the prob.Ive tracked down the file, but there is
absolutely ZERO info about it. No new or random things
have been installed lately and ive tried all poss.
troubleshooting tips/security/etc.. Any1 else have this
prob or know a poss sollution?
