I sure do see a lot of the same questions...

No, there's no official FAQ. I've started writing one which I hope the
group will be happy to adopt, but it's not quite ready for the outside
world yet. If you (or anyone else) has a question they wish me to put
in the FAQ, please mail me.

The only repetitive question I'd like to be sure is in there, is "Does
this group have an official C# FAQ?"
