FAQ required

Code MS or Moderator put a sticky FAQ on this news groups, so many repeated
question.

There's an unofficial FAQ created by Mark L Ferguson posted here:

It is getting a bit dated, but very little has changed over the course of
the beta so far.

I decided early on to leave the Faq to others, and concentrate on answering
questions. This is tedious, but I'm not really clear, especially now that
an effective search is available in the HTML interface, whether a posted FAQ
would really cut into the repeat question issue.

I'm not satisfied with the current FAQ--it seems not well organized, and
overly lengthy to me--but I'm not dissatisfied enough to take on creating
something I like better, either.

However, the possibility that we might be running the essentially the same
code we've been running since July 18th for another 6 months may be reason
to get something better in place.

If people would only type in some keywords (such as update, schedule, and
others), then this would be minimized.
