FAQ clarification pls - is locale fixed?

Re item 2k in the faq:
- "Language Settings are ignored." (beta is English only)

Does this mean the locale language and country values
displayed in diagnostics are hard-coded? My langid should
be 0c09 but is displayed as 0409. Same for country -
should be 61 but is 1.

Apologies if this is the intended meaning.

PS - thanks for the faq - came in search of missing
system explorers - happy to have them back.

You have the display format for dates set to other than the defaults. Or,
your current date and time are set wrong.
Check the date and time first.
Then go to control panel, Date, Time, Language, and Regional options
Choose Regional and Language options, and click on the Customize button on
the displayed page.
Click on the date tab. Find the short date format and long date format
dropdown controls, and reset each one to the topmost choice.

Cannot enable System Explorers in Advanced Tools.
A. This is the current fix for the issue, direct from Microsoft
(and with attests here that it works!)
We believe we have a workaround which is better than
installing the VB6 SP.
Can we have users who experience this problem try the following:

1) Open up a command prompt (start - run - cmd)
2) Type in the following "regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll"
(without the quotes).
3) Close and re-open Windows AntiSpyware

The code for the beta hasn't rev'd since February 16th. That's the version
covered by the FAQ.

So--issues like the lanuage being English only are unchanged.

What this means, is that it is great if the product works for you ,
regardless of your locale or language settings, but please don't consider
the language issues as bugs. I would expect to see a future version which
will have been coded with localization in mind, but I'm not sure how many
languages we might see it in--perhaps one or two, so that localization
issues may be checked?--don't know. I would expect further localization to
happen after the initial product release.
