For about a month now I have been trying to get used to Vista. The "security
thing" is a bit bothersome but I have to admit Vista is pretty fancy and
glitzy. The jury is still out on Vista and for my serious work I still go to
my XP machine but Vista sure is fancy.

Yes - quite fancy and resource hungry. The user control security drove me up
the wall and was switched off 5 min into exploring Vista.

Upgrade to Windows 7 when it releases--

It's significantly more CPU efficient and it has a little more eye candy and
there are a number of good features that will ship.

Have read some good things about Windows 7 and probably will try on one
machine first to see if it that much better.
