False Positive - BMC Patrol / AproposMedia ?

Overnight scan is reporting the following file as a
Severe Threat:

"c:\program files\bmc
software\uninstall\instbase\bin\libexpat.dll"

It's being reported as AproposMedia (Browser Modifier).
However, I believe it is in fact part of the BMC Patrol
program which is a network support tool we use.
